What is pooch playoffs
Pooch Playoffs is a limited time charity photography event. It is a fun bracket-style dog photography competition inspired by March Madness and the ONLY tournament where your pup can earn the coveted title of the Tri-State area's Ulti-MUTT cutie!
Have your dog's portrait taken by Meredith Breda Photography, vote on your favorite dogs, win exciting prizes, have the opportunity to create heirloom art work and photo keepsakes of your fur babies and support Operation K9 Beethoven in providing psychiatric service dogs for veterans.

how does it work
For your entry fee, your pup will:
- Receive an in person consultation followed by a professional pet portrait session with Meredith Breda Photography
- Have an ordering appointment to select the final image for competition and any wall art or photo keepsakes for your home *
- Be entered into the Pooch Playoffs bracket-style competition and have the chance to win fun and exciting prizes
- Receive a special photo gift
- Take home a dog-and-human-friendly sWAG bag featuring items from local, pet-friendly businesses

Too often, pet owners share stories of losing a beloved animal unexpectedly—and realizing they don’t have enough photos to remember them by.
Dogs are with us for such a short time, yet they leave an imprint on our hearts forever.
These portraits preserve that love.

FAQ
How much is the entry fee?
The minimum entry fee is $99 per dog. There are two entry fee levels. The Furry Friend entry fee is $99 and includes a $99 donation to Operation K9 Beethoven, a studio pet portrait session, entry into the competition, a swag bag and a custom photo gift. The Pawsitive Patron entry fee is $199 and includes a $199 donation to Operation K9 Beethoven, all the Furry Friends perks PLUS a complimentary family portrait session to be done at a later time.
(Donation levels have no effect on. bracket placement or voting outcome.)
How long will the portrait session be?
The studio portrait sessions generally last about 20 minutes.
can me or my family be in the photos with our dog?
Our dogs aren't just pets-they are family! Your dog loves you more than anything in the world, and that relationship deserves to be part of your story!
For the purposes of this competition we will focus on capturing solo images of your dog first so they have the perfect image to enter into the competition. After that, you or other family members are welcome to join in quickly if time remains at the end of the portrait session. If you want to be certain to capture all the love, connection and joy you and your family share with your dog then we encourage you to sign up for the Pawsitive Patron where you will get a whole separate family session with your dog.
What images will i receive?
You will receive one custom photo gift with one image from your session. There are no other images or any digital files included. You are welcome to purchase artwork from your session. We have curated some special pieces just for this event!
